"For over 20 years this has been the go-to hotel in Warsaw for my entire family and I. Still very good, rooms are fine in general but showing some minor signs of wear. Breakfast superb and frankly difficult to beat. Location is great, within walking distance of magnificent Old Town, Nowy Swiat, Zlote Tarasy etc. One area for improvement however is with some of the staff members. Some are particularly dour and look like they’d rather be anywhere else and we had a difficult encounter with a Night Manager (whose name unfortunately we did not capture) who was frankly quite rude. Unfortunate as have not previously encountered this, having stayed multiple times. Would stay again - if only for the breakfast - but a little disappointed at some of the staff attitudes."

"Solid hotel for a first night stay in Poland after a super long flight. Can count on consistent Sofitel performance. Good sized room, good sized clean bathroom. We only stayed o e night which might explain it being a little unremarkable. Time to update aircon so you can select the temp more accurately."
