I'd add a bit more "impact" on the TRex itself from the stomp to really sell it. As it is, there's no feel to it and it makes it seem less alive than it could be. It looks really good! I would recommend changing the timing on the return-to-rest motion. Right now the movement looks a little mechanical, because the speed is constant.
