"The current version of London Bridge has been in place since the 1970's and appears to be well maintained and not in danger of collapsing. The previous London Bridge is now in the USA but I have not visited it. Walking across London Bridge you get great views of the River Thames and depending on what side of the road you are on you can either see Tower Bridge and Canary Wharf or Cannon Street and looking towards the West End. There are regular buses running across the bridge if you are not up for walking but it's a nice view and you can pause if you are on foot."

"The only reason I have give a 1, is because there is no option for a minus level review. We were advised by the sellers on the street and bus drivers that stop 24 was the closes to Westminster Abby and the service picked up from this stop until around 19:20hrs. After attending Evensong at the Abby, we arrived at the stop at around 18:10hrs. We waited over 1 1/2 hours, watched buses on the Big Bus App pass every other stop except stop 24 during this time. We were left with no other option then a £40 taxi fare back to our hotel as it was now around 19:45hrs. During our wait for a bus, I typed at least 5 messages to Big Bus via the message system inbedded in their app, and at no point was I advised buses would not arrive to pick us up. Later in the evening when I was able to finally chat with a person other than an AI bot, I was advised a refund would be possible. We forwarded all the information and waited for a reply. The following morning we followed up regarding the refund, and were advised it would taked 24-48 hrs for the refund to be reviewed. We requested to talk to someone on the phone, were advised they do not have a phone in their office, which is extremely hard to believe. We requeted to talk to a manager and were advised no managers were available to disciss our complaint, again we found this hard to believe. We were left with no other option then wait for a reply. When Big Bus finally replied, we were offered 35% refund and not compensation for the taxi fare. It appears Big Bus only cares about BIG PROFITS and has no regards for customer service or customers being left stranded at their stops. We would not recommed BIG BUS London or Big Bus in any other county."

"I went in a trip to London and I have started from marble Arch where Kasia sold me the tickets . I then went to London eye where Angela directed me to the city cruises and I was so amused by the tour that I couldn't chose otherwise."
