Dimensions for C172 instrument panel? | Pilots of America
Hello, New member here. I am looking to find out the dimensions of the C172 instrument panel: from the far left to far right for width and from the top (where the panel touches the vinyl padding) to the bottom (where the panel touches the elevator trim console). I couldn't find these...

Landing speeds for C172, 75/70/65? - Pilots of America
You can (and will) safely fly a Cessna 172 (or most any single engine training aircraft) in the traffic pattern at just about any speed within its operating envelope, both with and without flaps deployed. Most of the time, your 85/75/65 or 80/70/60 or whatever will work just fine. But sometimes it won't. Here are just a few examples:

Rudder Problem - Pilots of America
Cessna, right? 172? You most likely have a broken right rudder bar spring. Grab the right rudder pedal and pull it back toward the seat; it should have considerable spring to it. Certified Primary / STC vs. TSO vs. FAA PMA approved oil temp gauges?
I’m having a bit of confusion when looking at legal options to update an original oil temp gauge in an older Cessna 182. I see many basic options available that are TSO’d and PMA approved but aside from a some full blown engine monitor packages there look to be only two options claiming to be “certified primary gauges”: EI OPT-1 ...

V8 cessna ( Chevy engine) - Pilots of America
Came across a tube video of a Cessna with a modern LS engine installed, 400plus HP? Looked like the video was posted a few years ago. Did this concept ever amount to anything more than a single application? Quiet aviation was the outfit who posted the video.

Cessna 310 - Pilots of America
If at all possible, I'd like to attempt to generate a discussion about the differences between NA Cessna 310 Q and R models. Very little of my flying will be high altitude and I don't want a TC model (mid-west based). I have plenty of time/ratings and while not much in the way of 300 series, I...

Push to talk switch - Pilots of America
What is the cleanest way to install a permanent ptt switch on a mid-seventies Cessna yoke? I don't like the slip over covers or the Velcro type.
